Your progress will be assessed throughout your time on the programme. During your first month, you will meet your growth facilitator, who wil l assess your current competency strengths, set your quarterly growth target and 12-month goals.

During your regular cohort mastermind sessions these targets will be reviewed as you create your own tailored success plan.

So regardless of where you are in your PM trajectory and the aspirations you have set, the PM Leaders programme will help you achieve goals and fully realise your leadership potential.

The mastermind sessions are regular meetings with your assigned cohort and a Growth Facilitator. The sessions, which are 60-minutes long, are an opportunity for you to create your growth plans and tackle growth challenges, that you are facing in your day-to-day career.

Your carefully chosen cohort, provide not just a peer group to support your development, but a trusted network to act as an accountability coach, holding you to your development plans. The Growth Facilitator will work across your group to ensure that peer-to-peer learning is facilitated, and sessions are optimised for rapid growth.

The group will also provide a safe space for you to address concerns, celebrate your wins and re-enforce learning. Drawn from across different sectors, yo ur cohort will provide insight into different project arenas. Further providing you wi th opportunities stay up to date with the wider industry developments.
